Samridhi Hota
Samridhi Hota is the Founder and Principal Counsel of the Chambers, specializing in civil and commercial litigation, international arbitration, and regulatory defence.
She was called to the Bar in 2017 after graduating in B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Thereafter, she spent a decade at a prestigious law firm in New Delhi, where she rose to the post of Principal Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, before establishing her independent chambers in 2026.
She has successfully represented major American, Japanese, and Canadian corporations in complex actions. Key assignments include the enforcement of one of the largest ICC arbitral awards in India, representing a major global e-commerce firm in a landmark multi-forum control dispute, appearing in corporate insolvency actions before the NCLT/NCLAT, and defending international auto manufacturers in pan-India regulatory proceedings.
Astha Ahuja
Astha Ahuja is a Principal Associate specializing in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. She brings deep expertise in navigating high-value enforcement proceedings for multinational clients.
Before joining the Chambers, Astha served as a Senior Associate at a prestigious law firm, where she was centrally involved in the execution proceedings of a foreign arbitral award. She successfully orchestrated strategies for recovery of assets and secured favourable orders in multiple jurisdictions. She also previously managed a diverse portfolio of civil and commercial matters at the chambers of a renowned Advocate-on-Record in New Delhi.
Astha graduated in 2020 with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law University Odisha. She also holds a Certificate of Qualification issued by the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.
